These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Sentinel Relay (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. Roles (viewer, member, manager, admin) determine permitted actions. You must enable available security measures (such as 2FA) where required by your organisation.

2. Acceptable use

• Use the Service lawfully and in compliance with the terms of any connected platform (YouTube, Twitch, Discord, TikTok, Google).
• Do not abuse outreach or notification features (including unsolicited bulk messaging); respect recipients' rights and applicable anti-spam laws.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or circumvent rate limits, security, or access controls.

3. Third-party services & data

The Service integrates third-party APIs and is subject to their terms and availability. We are not responsible for third-party platforms. Creator analytics obtained via authorised connections are used only to provide the Service to your agency.

By using features that access YouTube API Services, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

4. Subscription & fees

Paid features are provided per your subscription tier. Fees, billing, and premium feature access are as agreed with us. Premium features may be enabled or disabled per agency.

5. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, misuse, or non-payment. Certain data may be deleted following termination.

6. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is". Analytics, valuations, and predictions are estimates and not guarantees. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited as described in the EULA.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
