End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and the operator of Sentinel Relay ("we", "us") governing your use of the Sentinel Relay analytics platform and any associated software, bots, and APIs (the "Software").

1. Licence grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Software for your agency's internal business purposes, subject to this Agreement and your subscription.

2. Restrictions

• You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the Software except as permitted by law.
• You may not resell, sublicense, or provide the Software to third parties outside your agency without our written consent.
• You may not use the Software to violate any third-party platform terms (including YouTube, Twitch, Discord, TikTok, and Google APIs) or applicable law.
• You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Software, other tenants' data, or related systems.

3. Ownership

The Software, including all intellectual property rights, remains our property. No rights are granted except as expressly set out here.

4. Data

Your use of data within the Software is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights and consents necessary for any data you submit or connect.

5. Termination

This licence terminates automatically if you breach it, and we may suspend or terminate access for misuse. On termination you must stop using the Software.

6. Disclaimer & liability

The Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 12 months.
